This quilted table runner is a fun way to add a handmade touch to a table setting. Cream and white solid fabrics allow for the speckled yellow, dark green batik, and New Zealand flower fabrics to pop in this mirrored design. The back was pieced with leftover fabrics, organized as varied strips across the back. The quilting echoes the diamond shapes on the front and makes this a lovely reversible design for mixing things up. A skinny binding uses the same yellow print as some of the blocks in the main design. This "table runner" could also double as a long wall hanging to add textile art to a narrow space. The final photo was taken in Utah’s Uinta Mountains during peak fall color season.
