This extra large throw sized quilt depicts a mountain scene with trees in the foreground and a lake at the base. The colors were inspired by an early morning sunrise hike up to the top of Saddle Mountain in the northwestern region of Oregon. The sun came up on the other side of the Cascade mountain range and lit up the sky in gorgeous warm colors, while the valleys below were still dark with cool grays and purples awaiting the sun's rays. The back and binding are a deep teal with thinly outlined woodland flora and fauna. Classic straight line quilting in a warm gray color blends beautifully across both the front and back colors. The binding was sewn by hand along the back.

It will completely cover the top of both queen and king sized beds, perfect for two-person snuggling on the couch and a lovely accent to any adult bed.
